Sello HRS4R

El Instituto Murciano de Investigación Biosanitaria (IMIB) a través de su entidad gestora, la Fundación para la Formación e Investigación Sanitarias de la Región de Murcia (FFIS), ha obtenido el reconocimiento "HR Excellence in Research" con fecha 28 de noviembre de 2022. Se trata de una distinción otorgada por parte de la Comisión Europea a aquellas instituciones que trabajan para garantizar procesos de contratación de investigadores abiertos, transparentes, basados en méritos y capacidad y cumplen con los distintos principios establecidos en la Carta Europea del Investigador y el Código de Conducta para la contratación de investigadores (Charter & Code).

IMIB comenzó a trabajar en conseguir dicha distinción de calidad en el año 2021. Durante este periodo, se ha realizado un Análisis de situación (Análisis GAP) de la entidad, en función del cual se ha configurado un Plan de Acción (Action Plan 2023-2027) que incluye distintas acciones a realizar en los próximos años para alinear la institución con los principios establecidos en la Estrategia HRS4R.

A continuación, se muestran los distintos documentos que forman parte de la Estrategia HRS4R.

The Biomedical Research Institute of Murcia (IMIB) through its managing body, the Foundation for Health Research and Training in the Region of Murcia (FFIS), has received the "HR Excellence in Research" award on 28 november 2022. This is an award granted by the European Commission to those institutions that work to ensure open, transparent, merit-based and capacity-based researcher recruitment processes and comply with the principles set out in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (Charter & Code).

IMIB started working on achieving this award in 2021. During this period, a Gap Analysis of the institution has been carried out, based on which an Action Plan (Action Plan 2023-2027) has been configured that includes different actions to be carried out in the coming years to align the institution with the principles established in the HRS4R Strategy.
